is strictly with order. Our online shopping cart has a direct link to the secure Paypal site (an eBay
company). You can pay with your Credit or Debit Card (you do not need a
Paypal account).
. We also accept cheques, money orders, Postal Orders or cash from UK customers.
PRICES: All pricing is in £ Sterling.
POSTAGE CHARGES: Postage costs are clearly stated at checkout and on the Postage Costs page and are kept to a minimum.
OVERSEAS BUYERS: regrettably, we can now only ship our Daylilies within The UK due to the need for expensive phytosanitary certificates required for exportation to some countries (now including many European countries).
YOUR DETAILS:
customer confidentiality is a priority. We will not share your details
with any other party nor will we contact you in any form other than
with regard to your order (unless you specifically request we do so).
YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION:
is processed solely by Paypal using high security encryption
programmes. We selected Paypal to process online payments because of
their high reputation and commitment to customer satisfaction. We, personally, do
not have access to your account number or other financial details.
DESPATCH: OUR DESPATCH SEASON HAS NOW FINISHED FOR 2009; PRE-ORDERS ARE CURRENTLY BEING ACCEPTED FOR MAILING IN FEBRUARY 2010. During the despatch seasons, we aim to
send all orders within 7 days of payment clearance. Our usual
despatch time is within 24 hours but occassionally this is not
possible (eg during adverse weather conditions). All plants are posted in strong cardboard boxes to ensure safe
transit. Prices quoted are for standard, 1st Class Delivery via Royal Mail; should you require enhanced services this will be at extra cost. We retain a proof of posting certificate in case of loss during transit and will assist with any compensation claim (which is restricted to the value of the order and not including postage).
SIZE OF PLANTS/DIVISIONS: prices quoted are for single fans of a particular variety. The majority of our stock is 'field-grown' and therefore we usually desptach divisions and not pot-grown plants.
CARE OF YOUR PLANTS: We specialise in growing Hemerocallis as a hobby and will give any advice you request free of charge. We cannot however guarantee plants once they have been received by yourself. This is due to varying factors beyond our control and the necessity for continuing care by you,the customer.
