POSTAGE COSTS
Postage and packaging is one of our largest expenses and unfortunately we do have to charge the customer for this service.
We do however keep the costs as low as we can and only charge a minimal amount.
The charges are added to the Paypal checkout and start at just £3.49.
The amount depends on the total order value and is restricted to a maximum charge of £7.99 regardless of order value.
All plants and seeds are posted by Royal Mail 1st Class (oversees by Airmail) with high-value orders requiring a signature on delivery. UK heavy weight orders are occassionally sent by ParcelForce 24 hour service with signature required.
If you are paying via another method (e.g. cheque or bank transfer), please request the total prior to sending your payment.
